First Round of ToC Qualifying Gets Underway Today
Intensity, Drama and Great Squash Expected in Qualifying Matches at Four Area Clubs
New York, NY – January 5, 2016. 32 of the world’s top-ranking squash players will commence play today in the first round of qualifying in the J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions. As the glittering four-walled glass court in the middle of Grand Central is constructed to be ready for main draw play on Thursday, January. 7, qualifying rounds will be played at four area clubs today and tomorrow. Eight qualifiers will earn a coveted spot in the main draw one of the sports’ most prestigious championships. .
